Shipping Policy

At Amelena, your order is our priority. Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours from the date you place your order unless otherwise stated. Any orders placed on select holidays or weekends are processed on the next working day.

When you place an order, please make sure you write the correct shipping address along with your correct and full legal name. If, by mistake, you have written the wrong shipping address, you can inform us through email using the address given on our website.

If we are not able to verify your shipping address, your order may be delayed 24-48 hours. If an item is out of stock, it may take up to 5 working days more to process and ship your order.

Our shipping carrier is USPS. Depending on the shipping method you choose, it can take the following number of days to reach you:

  • First Class USPS standard shipping to most locations is 3-5 days
  • USPS Priority expedited shipping to most locations is 2-3 days
  • USPS First Class international shipping to most locations is 4-21 days
  • USPS Priority expedited international shipping to most locations is 3-7 days

Once we have shipped your order, we have no control over delays, nor are we responsible for lost packages. We recommend that you insure your package or choose the signature required option if you want to ensure its safe delivery. To include these options, please email us directly. However, please be aware that these options come at a higher cost compared to standard shipping rates.

International Orders

International orders can take longer depending on which carrier you choose. Amelena has no control over order delays that may arise based on your country’s regulations.

  • UPS Standard: 7-10 days
  • DHL Express Worldwide Shipping: 3-7 days
  • USPS: 7-21 days

Kindly note that we are not responsible for duties, customs, or tax fees on international deliveries.

Incorrect Address

We kindly request customers to ensure that the provided address is accurate, as Amelena cannot be held responsible for reshipping packages returned due to incorrect addresses. Amelena will not cover the shipping cost for subsequent shipments. Once the shipping invoice is settled, we will resend your order. If the shipment is returned to our facility, you will receive an email notification from our customer service team. In such cases, all original shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund, along with a restocking fee of 10-25% if the shipment is returned to our facility.

Payments

All online transactions are secure. We do not have access to or store any information regarding your payment details, as they are processed through the secure and encrypted services of Shopify Payments and PayPal.
